This is a fantastic item that I’d suggest to anyone dealing with posture issues. My neck was in pretty rough shape before I got the posture key, but after just one use for 15 minutes, I felt totally pain-free. Now, I use it daily and I absolutely love it!

I checked out the Posture Gravity Life site and was shocked to find that the picture they show alongside a review features a model. This same image pops up on the Scrabble Go app and another site selling tortoise-shell glasses. It really makes me wonder if this review is legit, especially since the name - Christopher Harlem, Age 35 - next to the model looks made up. If they’re using a model’s photo for a review, who knows what else they might be bending the truth about?

Being a nurse, I gotta say this past year has really taken a toll on my body. The Posture key has turned out to be the most effective tool I've tried for easing my back pain, plus it helps me unwind and shake off any stress or tension I might have. I totally recommend it, and it's super user-friendly.

I think the head cradle doesn’t quite match my neck and head shape. Shouldn’t there be different sizes for women and men? The length seems a bit excessive, making it hard for the cradle to align with my neck. If I want it to fit right, the bottom part ends up pressing into my shoulders.

Sadly, this product really makes my neck worse, though it works fine for my lower back. I've got retrolisthesis in my neck along with osteoarthritis and degenerative disc issues all over my spine, so maybe it's just not the right fit for me. When it comes to my neck, it's pretty uncomfortable.

My Bowen Technique Practitioner suggested I get the PostureKey due to my spine issues. I gave it a go right after it arrived and laid on it for a comfy 20 minutes, even though they say to kick things off with just 5! For the first few weeks, I used it daily, but work got in the way, and I've only managed to use it a few times since. Still, I can feel some benefits from it.

I can’t help but wonder if I’m using it the right way since no one’s around to check on me. The bottom part feels a bit off, and considering I fractured my lower spine six years back, I’m curious if that’s why it hurts, even though the X-rays say it’s all healed up. Plus, I’ve got a lump at the top of my spine, which makes my head lean forward, so the neck section seems to fit my head instead of my neck.

With the lockdown, I can’t see my practitioner, so any tips would be super helpful!

Not sure if it's just my body shape, but I can't feel any of the 'massage' nodules when I'm using the brace. I've kept trying it out, hoping my body would adjust, but honestly, I've noticed no difference and not much benefit at all. I'm really let down.

I purchased the PostureKey after my fibromyalgia diagnosis. I learned about it from my Bowen Specialist. It's been super helpful in relieving pain and reducing muscle stress.
